Meet Kelsie – Founder & Lead Trainer

Kelsie is a Kansas City–based NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Barre Instructor with a lifelong background in movement. As a former collegiate athlete with experience in competitive powerlifting, cheer, and gymnastics, she blends precision, strength, and low-impact training into a method designed to help women feel strong and supported at every stage of life. As a mom of three, Kelsie understands how essential proper core engagement and functional strength are for feeling good, staying capable, and keeping up with daily demands. Her own need for effective, low-impact workouts that still build real strength inspired her to develop a training style that challenges the body without overwhelming it—one she now shares with clients everywhere. This app follows the same programming she uses with her in-person clients, thoughtfully adapted for limited space and minimal equipment so you can train effectively—anytime, anywhere.



Meet Abbi - Dietitian & Trainer

Abbi is a Registered Dietitian, certified personal trainer, and Lagree instructor dedicated to helping women feel confident, fueled, and strong. She specializes in practical, high-impact nutrition strategies that fit real life, guiding clients to build a healthy relationship with food while still making progress toward their goals. Abbi’s coaching style is encouraging, realistic, and empowering—meeting women where they are and helping them thrive through smart nutrition and sustainable movement.
